Tested in Gimp-2.8.4 and Gimp-2.6.12

Kind of a weird plugin that turns your images into a strange green output.
More information here - http://registry.gimp.org/node/28224
You will find the filter under Filters>Pixel>Green after installing. I find using the original as a lower layer and applying layer modes to the changed "green" layer gives some pretty cool effects.

Plugin is attached with src c file if you are interested. :)
