Thanks Gerard...I realize it is a scm and I did put it in my script folder but I get this same message over and over when I run it. I googled the error and I think it is a Windows error.

Yes Rod but the one that samj compiled has .exe after it and I can't use exe in Fedora plug-ins. Shouldn't it have a .py extension in the plug-in file? Not .exe OR am I downloading the wrong one?

Nice work, Graechan!! Text manipulation and logo scripts are one of my most used tools in the GIMP arsenal.

That's why I gave up on linux, it shouldn't be that much trouble all the time. Everybody that does it tells me something so that I got so confused znd dumped linux. Point is, you're not alone.

Nothing to do with Linux. I am just not a programmer so needless to say I can't compile. I love Linux and I would never change back to Windoze.

Yeah, same here. I know how to do some things and I don't mind getting my hands dirty sometimes but I don't have any desire to be able to do all the things some people do.

Molly, it's a script. You just need to have that l2height plugin from the other thread.
