any tuts or scripts for fixing blurry photos

I made it a little more clear but I didn't spend much time but I think it can be made more clear. I used colors > brightness and contrast, then enhance > unsharp mask
Adding some curves should bring it out more too.

Not much you can do I don't think when the subject/bear is in mid-motion.
But the background looks sharper.

But I've never got it working.
