Bonjour,

Here's something fun from an all black image (using only G'MIC).

@Graechan

Yet it is only a test gone wrong... but I can make a filter to reproduce this.

How did you get color from an all black image Sam? :)

Very cool samj. This makes me think about a nice challenge for the G'MIC Discussion subgroup :

Render the best image you can using only G'MIC filters, starting from a black image.

I'll give a try today.

Bonjour,

:tyspin

@Molly
There is no secret :hexer I like to start my tests from an "empty" image and add colored pixels...

*****
Here is a small program that does almost the same thing ...
Filters > G'MIC > Testing > 004 > Rays Of Colors

Edit 20131212
See following message to download the archive containing the filter.

Bonjour,

I have added some small scripts to create images that resemble those of the subject "From scratch challenge" : viewtopic.php?f=28&t=9249

Filters > G'MIC > Testing > 004 > From Scratch Challenge

I can add other scripts that correspond to other pictures if you give me how to make these images.

Edit 20131212 version 003-b
Edit 20131213 version 003-c
