Just checked out the site PC; looks like you can do some cool effects with these programs. Will wait though since I'm not mentally in the mood to figure out another program right not, but these programs look like they will be quite simple to use and since they are open source, it may be good editors to share with some of the other sites that I frequent that continuously ask for simpler then photoshop/gimp editors. :)

No, it is not Open Source. It is closed-source freeware.

I really like the Shape Shifter tool. :)
Liquify, meets live canvas.

Hi, software author here. Found this thread and just wanted to let you know that the beta-testing is over and final version is available. Enjoy.

Beta news just reported a new update to this program. I just checked their website and saw the tutorial on creating seamless textures and it's the bomb. it allows you to scroll wrap the canvas so you can see the voids to do things with the canvas for creating an optimal texture. This feature would be great in GIMP, but don't thing that will ever happen (a wrap bush feature would be cool too, but I actually like this feature better). :)

thank for the head up it is a really neat feature
and that is even a old video from 2009 when RWP had another name and less feature

BTW
Lylejk did you check the kaleidoscope layer style ?
i found really good even if i find a excellent competitor Pixelaitor
It has a killer Kaleidoscope plugin with real time preview on canvas , looks even better then the Medhi plugin
(well 2 of the offset option may give weird result but are options, nobody force to use them ..and all the other rocks
But i open a new topic for this

Back to Real World Graphic i want thank vlasta for the improvments and also point to his other programs...as example his icon editor http://www.rw-designer.com/3D_icon_editor.php looks as one of the best and there is also a cursor editor http://www.rw-designer.com/cursor-maker

Haven't installed it yet PC; just was intrigued by the canvas wrap ability of this apparent gem. Might do so, but I have so many tools now that, except for GIMP, really don't see the light of day, that I'm reluctant to install another one. lol

:)

Did you have this http://pixelitor.sourceforge.net/ ?
i think you will like the Kaleidoscope filter can be used also for mirror

And also Real World has a interesting kaleidoscope effect (but i have to try it more)
