Is anyone up for the challenge of fixing this twins eyes. I did it but it isn't perfect, using the red eye tool on one eye and the color picker on the other.

First I fixed the red eye, copied the selection and pasted it into a new layer.

Then I positioned the copy of it over the white eye.

Also I worked with hue & saturation to get rid of the extra red reflection on the eyelid above the red eye and to the pinkness of the white of the eye. In H&S I selected red and desaturated a little. On the eye white I also lightened just a little.

Thank you. It turned out better than I thought it would. That red eye removal filter works great. I think I set the threshold up to about 78 if I remember correctly.

Molly, I hope you get this, I know it's been a while since you posted this thread. I came across this tonight while trying to find tips on fixing the white eye in a pic of my twin daughters. Searching a little more, I discovered that a white eye like this is NOT normal and is generally a sign of a type of optical cancer called retinoblastoma and is very dangerous. It may not be cancer; if the light happens to hit the optical disc in the eye just right, it can also cause a white reflection, but only a medical exam can tell for sure. Please, if you haven't called your doctor yet, please do so imediately. I will be calling ours first thing in the morning. I pray the best for you.
