Adobe has open sourced a new font family called Source Sans Pro. Recently released with Brackets code editor.

thanks Odinbx, im a font-man, so this is for me

im always amazed with how many variations you can have for a simple letter

Me too. I'm not a fancy type guy, I like clarity.
As a font-man you should see Helvetica (Documentary).

finally got around watching this doc and enjoyed it very much !
