Created this texture and applied the owl tut for the result (did make middle gray parts transparent to allow the background to show through since the texture itself has not transparancies).

Now what am I going to make with that one Lyle. I like the transparency.

Apologize for the belated response (just got back home from my overnight; tomorrow's going to be worse since it's 12 hours instead of 8 and I loose an hour to boot thanks to Ben Franklin; lol), but I definitely appreciate the comments.
