its perfect ! love the use of the cyrillic letters !

a tutorial or a quick description of how it was made, would be great ?

how did you get this large quantity of text lined up vertically ?

Only one line of vertical text was written and each letter was positioned manualy, then duplicated and offset to create the rest of the image.

Then the text image was duplicted 11 times and the colour tweaked slightly for each layer.

A photo of the matrix was then download into gimp, desaturated and posturized to 11,then each colour in turn was selected and a new layer created and filled with the relevant text colour.

The bit I can't quite remember is afterwards it still wasn't as clear as I would of liked so I used the greyscale photo as an overlay for the whole image, but had to use a layer mask made from the text so only the text was creating the image.

Hope that makes sense.

I'm actually quite stunned as to how many views and downloads it has had, because there is definately room for improvement.

oh yes, definitely. i'm sure i saw a spot between the fifth column third row sigma and the sixth column third row ro that could absolutely be improved. ;) :hehe improvement is so subjective, though. you know best what you were after, so if you're not happy with it there's of course room for improvement. the rest of the world may still think it looks pretty perfect.

The thing that bugs me the most is that trinities face merges to much with the background.

i didnt realize there are faces in the code at all

now after you mentioned it, i stared for three minutes at the screen and i guess i can see it now, but its not very obvious (to me at least)
i thought that was just more or less random highlighting

but that picture looks still great to me !

It was trying to get that balance between being visible but not to obvious, its best to view the image about 4ft away from your screen then the faces stand out more.
