Not going to do a tut, but am including a link to my internally documented XCF file which pretty much covers what my tut would be anyway. Note that once I run Rodilius, I use that result quite often. Also, you will need ACE and you need to look at the layer properties for each layer. Note that I did add some addition ACE to the jpeg version before saving, but the XCF file pretty much covers how to do the flow. Hope this one works for you.
